OOTD Post 19 by According to Ing

Happy New Year lovelies!

Firstly I’d like to say a HUGE thank you for all the views and visiting my blog even though I’ve been so inactive with it lately. It’s really encouraging and I really hope to knuckle down and blog more often this year.

Towards the end of last year things at work got extremely busy, I adopted a beautiful little cat of my own and I also took up a fashion runway and modeling course and then of course there was the holiday season spent with family and friends. 2018 was an amazing year filled with experiences and new memories that pushed me out of my comfort zone, taught me more courage, self love and appreciation for all my blessings. Bring on 2019!

So my first post for the year is an OOTD one as Darren the bestie and I went to check out some new cafes and dessert spots in Perth. It’s been incredibly hot so I thought of a loose, flowy and cooling outfit for the day.

So most of my clothes from today’s OOTD are things I bought at least 3-5 years ago and I’ve somehow forgotten about them. That’s a good thing cause I can always save with less spending and reuse and recycle old clothes of mine. The top is from an Australian online fashion brand called Popcherry Australia with pretty reasonable and decent quality clothes. The top was part of a matching co-ord set and from memory it only cost $29.95 for the ruffle crop top and shorts.

The top is super comfy but the only downside is that it rides up sometimes and shows off my post meal belly….similar to that of Winnie the Pooh in his little crop top.

My midi length skirt is from Target and my shoes are some you have seen before from Dotti.

My accessories of the day consists of my handy little clutch from Ale-Hop in Madrid. My marble arm cuff is from Colette and my “pearl” choker is from Shein the online store with reasonable prices and access to heaps of on trendy clothing and accessories. With me, as a fashion blogger I strongly believe that it doesn’t matter what brand your clothes are just as long as you love your own look, own it and wear it with pride!

I hope you all have had a fabulous new year and 2019 is going amazing so far for you all! Thanks for reading….till next time.

  1. It’s different elements I don’t usually see together but, you matched them surprisingly well. I feel Aztec vibes, then gladiator vibes, then elegant seaside dinner vibes. Like a gladiator riding a lama to a seaside dinner? Very good look. Also hair and skincare on 100.
